Lugol’s Solution = 5% Iodine/10% Potasium Iodide
Use in AM, 1-5 drops, possibly every 2 hours. May cause wakefulness.
Dosing needs to be started slowly and increased. Apply topically or drink diluted in water.
Begin with 13% dilution, (aprox. = 200mcg iodine/400mcg potassium iodide per drop)
Refill at West Texas RX with 26% for $10.00, increasing concentration to 50%, then 100%.
One Iodoral tablet equals 1 or 2 drops 100% Lugol’s Solution.
Iodine is a nutrient for the entire body. It is antimucolytic, antifungal, antibiotic, and antiviral. It cleanses the body of many toxins such as bromine, chlorine, fluorine, and heavy metals. It is also required for the metabolism of Estrone. Estrone is blamed for many adverse health conditions effecting skin, breast, ovaries, and prostate, such as fibrous tissue and cancers.
Iodine and celtic salt therapy has also been very effective in management of diabetes, headaches, ADD/ADHD, weight, joint pain, memory, and grandular disorders.
The following can be helpful in the detox process:
Pinch of Celtic sea salt chewed up
Fresh green leafy and low starch Vegetables
˝ teaspoon celtic salt in 1 c. water,
or 1 teaspoon celtic salt in 2 cups water
1, 000 - 3,000mg Vit C per day
Nature’s Way B-100 Breakfast and/or Lunch
